Kihei, Maui 

500 single family affordable housing development. Approximate 5,000 sq. ft. lots to will begin selling at approximately $200,000.00 per lot. The houses are projected to be about $200,000-$250,000. 2-4 bedrooms with room for carports, backyards, front yards, etc. The total cost will be approximately $400,000-$450,000. Koa Waena is available to current Maui Residents only.

Orchard Plantation

Waialua, O'ahu 

155 Acre Plantation Camp Development. Farmers will have 2+ acre farm lots with a home in a plantation camp setting. Goal is to sell ag lots as cheap as possible, targeting between $100-130K per acre.

Paʻaluhi Village

Wainaku, Hawaiʻi 

Plans are to provide housing and work with the County of Hawaii HOP Program. Current Section-8 participants will be able to use their vouchers to subsidize their mortgage.

20-Unit Affordable Rentals

Anahola, Kaua'i 

Na Koa Development will be working with the Non-Profit organization, HCDC, to buildout 20 affordable units in Kauai.

We currently have 11 beneficiaries in our pipeline, with 8 of them already having received their leases. Excitingly, one beneficiary is projected to commence construction in September 2023, marking significant progress towards our goals.
